The access at the ECFG15 is limited to 700 participants, of which 160 foreign students and 40 students resident in Italy.

Once the registration will be closed, we will create a waiting list, if needed; please contact ecfg15@sapienzainnovazione.it to be included. In case of cancellations, we will contact you on a first to come basis.

The Official Dinner, open to accompanying persons, will take place at the Sapienza Art Museum (Gipsoteca) and will start at 7 pm. Guests will be free to hang around the classical statues of the museum. They will enjoy a complete dinner from appetizers to desserts with typical Italian and Roman dishes. Dinner will be accompanied by a musical group. The museum, affiliated to the Department of Ancient Sciences, is located at the back of the building of Literature and Philosophy of Sapienza University of Rome, Pz.le Aldo Moro 5, Rome.
The price pro person is 90€.

Access to the On-line-Registration Form will be available on July 01st, 2019.
The on-line registration form will close on February 5 (midnight-local time), 2020.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received on or before November 15, 2019: full refund less 50 euro handling fee
  • Cancellations received between November 16, 2019 to January 15, 2020, refund less 100 euro handling fee
  • Thereafter January 16, 2020: no refund
